This role requires collaboration across business groups, leading workshops, and managing project assignments with a travel requirement of approximately 50%. Candidates must have a PE or CVS certification with relevant experience in infrastructure and client management.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years leading VE workshops for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with public agencies or private entities to maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work cooperatively with various stakeholders in the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in developing strategic visions.
• Manage workshare and project assignments remotely.
• Lead cost and schedule risk management workshops.
