HDR is seeking a Value Engineer & Project Risk Management Lead based in the U.S. This role involves assisting the Value Engineering/Risk Director with strategic development, project assignments, and leading workshops across the country.

Preferred candidates will have a Certified Value Specialist credential plus five years in major infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Minimum of five years leading VE workshops for major infrastructure projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must possess a driver’s license and U.S. passport, or the ability to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in developing strategic visions.
• Manage workshare and project assignments.
• Provide direct project support in leading value engineering workshops.
