Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Value Consultant to drive revenue by demonstrating business value in mid-to-large sales pursuits. You will shape value messaging, advise on business case principles, and guide sales teams toward consistent value realization.

The role requires blending analytical rigor with compelling storytelling to influence buying decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and enable prefunded outcomes across deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include at least 6 years in Management and/or Value Consulting with a Bachelor's, or 4 years with a Master’s, or 2 years with a PhD
• Preferred: Public Sector or Financial Services experience
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation and document development skills
• Results-driven with strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Assist cross-functional teams in customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments
• Identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers to show value and business outcomes
• Deliver executive level presentations with financial business cases to support buying decisions
• Support sales enablement and tools for Value Management
• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to produce proposal pricing and winning bids
• Ensure smooth handoff of desired outcomes and measures to Client Services and Customer Success
• Collect and measure industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarking
