Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and can travel up to 20%. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and CPA/ABV/ASA/CFA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university.
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall).
• Some travel may be required, up to 20%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business valuation models and reports.
• Research and analyze industry, transactional, and economic information.
• Participate in management interviews onsite or via teleconference.
• Assist audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates.
• Assist with quality control procedures and related testing.
• Participate in investigations, litigation support, and forensic engagements.
• Analyze financial and legal documents and reconstruct financial statements.
• Organize and interpret data to arrive at conclusions.
