Infleqtion is seeking a Vacuum Cell Technology Program Manager to oversee development and production of vacuum and vapor cell tech. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate with customers and executives to ensure project success.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong budgeting and risk management, and a focus on meeting stakeholder commitments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the VCT program portfolio across scope, schedule and budget.
• Define strategy and growth plans; drive delivery in a fast-paced setting.
• Interface with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Own performance metrics including delivery, profitability, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Develop plans, budgets, schedules, and resource baselines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Support growth through capture planning and proposals.
• Build high-performing teams and coordinate staffing and facilities.
• Communicate status and drive executive decision-making.
