Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Vacuum Cell Technology portfolio within Quantum Sensing Solutions in Louisville, CO. You will oversee development and production of advanced vacuum and vapor cell technologies used across Infleqtion’s quantum applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Accreditation: degree from an accredited institution recognized by the US DoE.
• Quality systems: experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments.
• Product development: familiarity with fast-paced development cycles, NPI and DF Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Vacuum Cell Technology portfolio across development and production.
• Direct internal R&D, customer-funded programs, and commercial manufacturing.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and technical commitments are met.
• Define execution objectives, growth plans, and delivery expectations.
• Serve as primary interface for customers, executives and teams.
• Manage metrics, profitability, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead engineering, manufacturing, operations and subcontractors.
• Develop program plans, budgets, schedules, and resource baselines.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions and pursue opportunities.
• Ensure contractual, regulatory, and company policy compliance.
