Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Vacuum Cell Technology Program Manager to lead the VCT portfolio across development and production for vacuum and vapor cell technologies. You will manage IR&D projects, internal/external programs, and commercial production, coordinating resources and ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires delivering on commitments, growth planning, and risk management while interfacing with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field + 10+ years of related experience.
• Higher-level degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environment.
• Familiarity with fast-paced product development, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall VCT program portfolio including scope, schedule, budget, and milestones.
• Define program strategy, execution objectives, and growth plans.
• Serve as the primary interface for customers, executives, and key stakeholders.
• Own program performance metrics including delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and subcontractors.
