Infleqtion is seeking a Vacuum Cell Technology Program Manager to lead the VCT portfolio across development and production for vacuum and vapor cell technologies. You will manage IR&D projects, internal/external programs, and commercial production, coordinating resources and ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
The role requires delivering on commitments, growth planning, and risk management while interfacing with customers and leadership.

The Vacuum Cell Technology (VCT) Program Manager (PM) within the Quantum Sensing Solutions (QSS) group is responsible for the successful execution of development and production of vacuum and vapor cell technologies. This foundational technology is used across Infleqtion’s quantum-focused applications and programs and is sold commercially domestically and internationally. The VCT PM will oversee a portfolio of internally funded research and development efforts (IR&D), development programs for internal and external stakeholders, and production of commercial products. The core responsibility is to execute and grow the portfolio to meet stakeholder and customer commitments (scope, schedule, budget), structure execution for business growth, manage resources (people and labs), and communicate portfolio and program performance (cost/schedule variance, shipment/delivery projections, repair status, etc.). The role leads a multidisciplinary team, manages customer relationships, and drives program performance through planning, risk management, and communication.
The targeted salary range for this role is $160,000 to $190,000 on an annualized basis plus eligibility to participate in our annual incentive plan.

Work will normally be performed in an office, laboratory, production, and integration/test environment. The role may involve work around lasers, high-voltage equipment, vacuum hardware, precision mechanical assemblies, electronics, clean hardware, and test equipment. Required personal protective equipment will be provided and must be used in accordance with company requirements.
