EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to advance usability, accessibility, and scholarly effectiveness across our research platforms.

You will study how students, faculty, librarians, and researchers engage with academic content and digital workflows to drive evidence-based improvements in higher education and library tools worldwide. The role is remote for US-based candidates, with a 30-mile on-site policy for certain hub locations; where applicable, collaboration

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX research.
• Strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear research direction.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A diverse portfolio that demonstrates impact across complex problem spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Autonomously own end-to-end research including planning, designing, and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to influence product direction and strategy.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and research best practices across teams.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Synthesize findings into clear, structured deliverables such as research reports, personas, journey maps, and frameworks.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and equitable access to information in all research efforts.
