Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX Research experience.
• Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
• Experience with research, design, and AI tools.
• Human Centered Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques.
• Analyze users' behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover pain points and unmet needs.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing.
• Synthesize and present research findings in context and develop journey maps, personas, and jobs to be done.
• Work with Product, Design, and Development teams to integrate user feedback regularly.
