Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to shape AI-powered experiences and agentic commerce. You will lead qualitative and mixed-method research, partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Compliance teams to translate insights into strategic product decisions.

You will explore trust, decision-making, and user needs across AI-assisted financial tasks, delivering measurable impact on usability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience (qualitative or mixed methods).
• 2+ years researching AI-powered products or agentic experiences.
• Experience influencing product strategy through customer insights.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a research roadmap for AI, agentic commerce, and emerging digital experiences.
• Investigate customer attitudes toward AI assistants and autonomous experiences.
• Lead qualitative and mixed-method studies (interviews, usability, surveys, diary, field research).
• Develop intent frameworks tying customer needs to products and services.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and influence senior leaders.
