Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks an senior UX Research professional to lead research programs, partnering with Product and Design to shape direction and validate assumptions. The role emphasizes evidence-based insights, collaboration with AI tools, and a strong emphasis on privacy and ethics within fintech or SaaS contexts.

You will drive end-to-end studies, socializing findings across teams and maturing internal methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering insights for complex UX research programs.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is preferred.
• Ability to design and execute end-to-end studies using diverse qualitative & quantitative methods.

Job description

Duration: Long term Contract.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with cross-functional peers to execute the roadmap, validate assumptions, and refine product direction.
• Synthesizing & Triangulating Insights: Provide qualitative insights and triangulate them with quantitative signals, customer support logs, feature requests, and product analytics to build comprehensive, evidence-backed perspectives on user needs.
• Facilitation & Socialization: Facilitate collaborative design thinking sessions to uncover deeper insights through cross-functional engagement, while actively socializing findings to build empathy across partner teams.
• Collaborate with AI: Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to boost research efficiency and uncover deeper insights, balancing speed with human judgment to ensure high standards for quality and ethics.

Required Skills: -

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Prove experience building strong relationships with Design and Product peers, moving teams from “what we learned” to “how we improve.”
• 10+ years of experience: You have a track record of delivering impactful insights for complex platforms in UX research, idealy in fintech or SaaS.
• Strong Execution: You plan and execute end-to-end research studies using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods with proficiency.
• AI-Forward Mindset: You take a hands-on, experimental approach to AI, applying these tools to drive efficiency while maintaining rigorous data privacy standards.
• Operational & Practice Excellence: Champion research rigor and elevate team quality by defining, refining, and expanding internal methodologies, processes, templates, and artifacts.
• Stakeholder Partnership: You serve as a strategic advisor to Product and Design leaders, drawing on your deep experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
