Target’s Global UX team seeks a Lead UX Researcher - AI Enablement to set the research direction for AI-enabled and agentic experiences. Lead foundational and applied research across products, platforms, pilots, and live experiences, guiding decisions on what to build and how to scale.

You will partner with UX, Product, Technology, Data Science, and business teams to connect human-centered insights with data, mentor researchers, and influence portfolio decisions for high-value AI experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX research or related fields.
• Proven ability to set research direction across complex products and teams.
