Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior UX Engineer to lead UX initiatives, applying design principles and scalable design language systems. You will bring strong Figma expertise and collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape intuitive software experiences for Baxter and customer projects.

The role involves conducting user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and documenting design guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
Advanced experience with Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, themes, and design systems).
Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and document design decisions.
Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional product teams.
Ability to balance independent work with strong team communication.
Willingness and ability to travel to Baxter or customer sites and meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with established standards and guidelines.
Participate in user research activities such as customer interviews and usability studies.
Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder demonstrations.
Plan and support usability testing, including writing test plans, moderating sessions, and documenting findings.
Develop and maintain UX documentation and design specifications.
Provide UX recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve product usability and workflow.
Work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
Use engineering project tools and methodologies to track and communicate work progress.
