Baxter is seeking a design-focused UX professional to support global development and advanced technology teams. You will lead visual and interaction design, research methods, and usability testing across clinicians and patients, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools, plus 5+ years of UX experience, are required. This role offers flexible onsite collaboration and global impact on patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Human Factors or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Willingness to travel to Baxter or customer sites.
• Experience with UX design principles.
• Proficiency in UI design and prototyping tools, especially advanced Figma skills.
• Experience with medical device or regulated fields preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create user friendly interface designs following Baxter design patterns and guidelines.
• Participate in customer interviews and user research to identify needs.
• Create UI prototypes for testing or marketing purposes.
• Conduct usability research; write reports and test plans.
• Document UX designs and specifications.
• Provide UX input to cross-functional teams for product/process improvements.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Apply project methodologies to manage work and communicate across teams.
• Convey design intent through storyboards, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and assets.
