Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior UX Engineer to lead UX initiatives, applying design principles and scalable design language systems. You will bring strong Figma expertise and collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape intuitive software experiences for Baxter and customer projects.

The role involves conducting user research, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and documenting design guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Advanced experience with Figma (components, variables, auto-layout, themes, and design systems).
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design Language System (DLS).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and document design decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to balance independent work with strong team communication.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Baxter or customer sites and meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with established standards and guidelines.
• Participate in user research activities such as customer interviews and usability studies.
• Create high-fidelity UI prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Plan and support usability testing, including writing test plans, moderating sessions, and documenting findings.
• Develop and maintain UX documentation and design specifications.
• Provide UX recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve product usability and workflow.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Use engineering project tools and methodologies to track and communicate work progress.
