Job summary

Qualifications

• Mastery of user-centered design processes.
• Mastery of interaction design with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Human Factors Engineering and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to summarize and apply data from analytics, customer insights, and research sources.
• Experience establishing metrics and using data to guide design decisions.
• Expert-level use of design software such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
• Ability to produce designs across multiple platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for a business or product line.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for customer needs across agile teams.
• Create processes that uncover customer needs and design opportunities.
• Partner with UX Research to apply insights to design decisions.
• Manage user-centered design deliverables and contribute to product strategy.
