Job summary

RELX—a global provider of information-based analytics—seeks a Senior UX Designer I in Raleigh, NC to lead design strategy for a product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and translate customer insights into intuitive experiences across platforms.

You will leverage UX research, analytics and testing results to shape design decisions, drive metrics, and contribute to product strategy throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Mastery of user-centered design processes.
• Proficiency in interaction design with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to translate analytics and user insights into design decisions.
• Experience establishing and tracking design metrics.
• Expert-level proficiency with Axure, Sketch and InVision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy for a business or product line.
• Develop deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for needs.
• Create processes to uncover customer needs and design opportunities.
• Partner with UX Research to apply insights to design decisions.
