Job summary

This hybrid role requires you to come together with colleagues about eight days per month at a nearby office in the USA. You will mentor UX colleagues and apply evidence to shape priorities and measure outcomes, with strong emphasis on problem

Qualifications

• End-to-end UX experience leading research and design for complex products with measurable outcomes.
• Independent user research skills: planning interviews, observations, usability studies, synthesize findings.
• Strong information architecture, complex workflows, and detailed interface design expertise.
• Experience building realistic interactive prototypes and familiarity with AI-enabled design tools.
