Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government Solutions UX team seeks a Sr. UX Researcher to lead research across Public Safety, Civilian, and Vital Core portfolios.

You will conduct interviews, usability studies, field research, and journey mapping to inform product decisions and improve user experiences. You will partner with design, product, engineering, customer success, and sales to ensure research insights drive design and strategy.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant user research, UX, product design, or related experience.
• Experience applying multiple UX research techniques and selecting appropriate approaches.
• Experience conducting customer interviews, usability studies, field research, journey mapping, and product validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities across Public Safety, Civilian, and Vital Core products.
• Plan and conduct customer interviews, usability studies, field research, journey mapping, and product validation.
• Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations and design improvements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product, engineering, customer success, sales, and technology teams.
• Create research documentation, outputs, wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and interaction designs when needed.
