Job summary
GSquared Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer / Researcher in Atlanta to lead user-centered design and research for enterprise digital products. You will manage user research, translate insights into actionable design, and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable experiences.
The role requires expertise across the full UX lifecycle, including research, information architecture, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing, with collaboration across web,
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional UX/UI design and/or UX research experience in complex digital product environments.
- Strong experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proven experience translating research findings into UX and product design decisions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and final UX solutions.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research plans and reports, including user interview scripts and findings.
- Develop personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other research artifacts.
- Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise apps with accessibility in mind.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to validate problems and solutions.
- Mentor junior UX designers and researchers and contribute to UX best practices.
