Job summary

Amazon Delivery’s Customer Experiences team is seeking a Senior UX Designer to redefine the experience of adding to deliveries already in motion. You will craft interactions that balance real-time logistics with customer intent, turning missed opportunities into effortless conveniences for millions of shoppers.

You will work with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams across organizations to identify when customers want to consolidate purchases, translating insights into novel interactions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
• Experience designing customer facing retail products
• Experience with best practices for user interface design, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
• Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools

Responsibilities

• Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery.
• Advocate and design for the customer through data, insights, constraints, opportunities, and business considerations.
• Partner with business and development teams to plan immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
• Plan, perform, and advocate usability tests, user research, and analytics to validate features.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders.
