Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
• Experience designing customer facing retail products.
• Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design.
• Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution.
• Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process.
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.
• Experience designing and managing workflow with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery.
• Advocate and design for the customer through data, insights, and business context.
• Partner with business and development teams to plan immediate changes with long-term scalable solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions clearly.
• Plan and perform usability studies and analyze analytics to optimize features.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders.
