Amazon Delivery's Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to keep evolving our experience of adding items to deliveries already in motion, turning a moment of missed opportunity into one of effortless convenience. In this role, you'll navigate the intersection of real-time logistics constraints and customer intent, designing experiences that make a complex behind-the-scenes orchestration feel simple and intuitive to millions of shoppers. Working directly with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams across partner organizations, you'll uncover when and how customers want to consolidate purchases, and translate those insights into novel interactions that challenge traditional assumptions about the finality of a placed order. Your work will define a new category of delivery experience — one where flexibility feels natural and every package is an open invitation rather than a closed transaction. As a part of our team, you'll also be connected with a broader group of designers and researchers in a design organization working through different lenses to elevate our delivery customer experience overall.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
