Qualifications
- 3+ years of design experience.
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
- Experience with UI design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience prototyping with tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience designing workflows with AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Bring forward innovative ideas and solutions and raise the bar on customer’s experience with delivery.
- Advocate for the customer through data, insights, and business context.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to balance quick changes with scalable solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, visuals, and prototypes to communicate interactions.
- Plan and validate features through usability studies and analytics.
- Present work to UX partners and executive stakeholders.
