Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to help set direction for a strategic AWS initiative within the global Sales organization.

You will own end-to-end experiences, guiding design from concept through execution and partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers and leadership. The role emphasizes customer-centric thinking, design thinking, and ability to craft scalable, AI-enabled experiences at worldwide scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Bachelor degree in human-computer interaction (HCI) or related discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating past work across all stages of user experience design and deliverables.
• Strong foundation and understanding of design thinking practices and usability principles.
• Highly proficient using design software and AI tools.
• Hands-on experience creating user flows, lo/high fidelity designs, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with interaction design, agentic experience design and information architecture.
• Strong design craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new and existing solutions, responsible for end-to-end experience from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, management and stakeholders; build and maintain relationships.
• Contribute to org strategy and measure health of user experience; pursue opportunities from user needs.
• Lead design processes across multiple solutions and org-wide; raise the bar on design quality and holistic thinking.
