Job summary

Amazon Luxury is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Global Elevated Shopping Design team and shape the visual identity of our luxury initiatives. You will deliver data-driven concepts and high-quality deliverables—interfaces, prototypes, and campaigns—across desktop and mobile.

You’ll work under a Creative Director, collaborating with Art Directors, Design Technologists, and Programme Managers to drive brand-elevating experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Knowledge of information architecture and design best practices.
• Portfolio or resume showing end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of branding guidelines, corporate identity, and visual design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design leadership and execution across luxury services and experiences.
• Define personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for elevated shopping experiences.
• Set design patterns, standards, and best practices across teams.
• Craft long-term design strategies impacting product roadmaps and business goals.
• Mentor designers and drive cross-functional reviews and critiques.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform CX decisions.
• Influence engineering decisions to enable UX delivery as designed.
• Present artifacts to senior leaders and align across design, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Create and optimize cross-team processes to improve collaboration.
