Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior UX Designer for marketing experiences, shaping templates and brand-forward campaigns. You will work with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless handoff and responsive implementations.

In this role, you will apply UI design principles, contribute to design systems, and leverage AI-native tools to accelerate iterations and time-to-market while delivering measurable improvements in user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Firefly.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and design systems.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design templated experiences and reusable components for marketing web deliverables.
• Create brand-forward experiences for campaigns and key initiatives.
• Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate design iteration.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for design handoff.
• Partner with optimization team to test designs and iterate based on metrics.
• Contribute to design system evolution and documentation.
• Participate in design critiques and share knowledge.
