Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Experience and UX Design to lead the complete redesign of our marketing digital experience. You will mentor a small team of UX designers, defining design systems and templatized components to drive consistency and faster delivery.

The role emphasizes AI-native tools and Claude-based design solutions, collaborating with product, engineering and marketing to turn vision into scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Design systems at scale experience required.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Firefly and AEM.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native design tools and Claude-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision for marketing digital experience redesign and define design systems.
• Manage and mentor the Manager I UX Designer team to foster innovation and learning.
• Oversee core templatized experiences for consistency, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to translate design vision into implementation.
• Drive governance and best practices with enterprise UX to balance brand and flexibility.
• Champion AI-native tools to accelerate design velocity and time-to-market.
• Set objectives, priorities and ensure timely delivery within budget where applicable.
