You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, contribute to design systems, and help shape marketing web experiences in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles, design systems, and component-based architectures.
• Experience using AI-native design tools and integrating AI into workflows.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design core templated experiences and reusable components as a foundation for marketing web deliverables.
• Create distinctive brand-forward experiences for campaigns while maintaining brand alignment.
• Leverage AI-native tools and Claude-based design solutions to speed iteration.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for design handoff and implementation.
• Partner with optimization teams to test designs and iterate on performance metrics.
• Contribute to design system evolution and documentation.
• Participate in design critiques and share knowledge with teams.
