Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior UX Designer for Marketing Experience to design and evaluate end-user focused solutions. You’ll craft brand-forward marketing experiences, build reusable components, and drive AI-enabled design workflows while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

You’ll conduct usability testing, iterate based on metrics, and contribute to the design system, ensuring accessibility and cross-functional impact across global marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong grasp of UI design principles, design systems, and component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI-native design tools and integrating AI into design workflows.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design core templatized experiences and reusable components that serve as the foundation for marketing web deliverables.
• Create distinctive brand-forward experiences for campaigns and key marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI-native tools and Claude-based design solutions to accelerate iterations and time-to-market.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for seamless handoff and implementation.
• Partner with optimization team to test designs and iterate based on metrics.
• Contribute to design system evolution and documentation.
• Participate in design critiques and knowledge sharing.
