Enova International is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer for a hybrid role in Chicago, IL. You will lead research end to end, translate findings into elegant experiences, and apply AI across the UX process to improve quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to balance user needs with business goals, while designing within systems and regulatory constraints. The role emphasizes measurable impact and cross-functional influence.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of UX design experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Strong research skills with ability to plan, conduct studies and translate findings into design decisions
• Advanced Figma, design systems, IA and interaction design
• Experience applying generative AI across UX workflows
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and balance user, business and technical needs
• Business acumen and strategic thinking with focus on outcomes
• Adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience with UX research tools like Dscout or FullStory
• Collaboration with Engineering to bring designs to life
• Familiarity with Storybook/Chromatic workflows

• Turn insights into elegant experiences from wireframes to prototypes with strong IA and visual design
