The role emphasizes craft, collaboration, and influence, helping ensure UX is a core driver of product quality and business impact, with a hybrid work model and remote options for US/Canada candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX design experience.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with complex, data-heavy or B2B/SaaS products preferred.
• Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for user needs using research and data.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Own and deliver high-quality product design.
