Job summary

Enova Studios is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead research end-to-end, translate insights into elegant experiences, and apply AI across the UX process. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Marketing to balance customer needs with business and technical constraints, driving measurable outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in UX design, strong IA/interaction/prototyping skills, and experience with design systems and tools like Storybook/Chromatic. Hybrid in-office schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX design experience in financial services or a similarly regulated field.
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative research skills; ability to plan studies.
• Strong UX craft: information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, visual design; advanced Figma and design systems.
• Experience applying generative AI across UX workflows to improve quality and speed.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and balance business, technical, and user needs.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; translate customer insights to measurable outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Experience with UX research and behavioral analytics tools like Dscout, FullStory or equivalents.
• Familiarity with Storybook/Chromatic workflows and collaborating with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead research end to end: frame questions, select methods, conduct studies, synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Turn insights into experiences: translate needs and findings into concepts, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Apply AI across the UX process: integrate AI into research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping and design.
• Influence and collaborate: build relationships across Product, Engineering, Marketing; communicate decisions with data.
• Design within established systems: evolve the design system, meet accessibility and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities and measure impact: look beyond requests, help define success metrics and use data to improve experiences.
• Drive work forward: own complex UX challenges and navigate changing priorities through launch and iteration.
