Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a UX-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of UX Research experience, preferably in corporate or B2B settings.
• Experience organizing and synthesizing stakeholder and user sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Translate research findings into actionable, prioritized UI design recommendations.
• Clarify user, customer, and business needs and translate into compelling interactions.
• Demonstrate understanding of research methodologies and facilitate research sessions.
• Integrate user research into product designs and design practices.
• Communicate prototype requirements to designers for testing and iteration.
• Document goals, themes, and behaviors for downstream UI teams.
• Create shareable UX artifacts (journey maps, storyboards, user flows).
• Document the overall UX strategy for downstream partners.
