Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience initiatives within the Outreach & Execution product organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that satisfy user needs while advancing business objectives, shaping digital experiences across visit scheduling, clinician routing, and member communications.

This role advocates for end-users, evolves design methods, and drives measurable UX outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of UX/Interaction/Product Design experience.
Proven end-to-end UX design delivery with a strong portfolio.
2+ years of user research and usability testing experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating user needs into designs.
Experience with modern UX tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and how they influence design with engineers.
Experience in lean or Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design for a product, from research to implementation and refinement.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, and interviews.
Create personas, empathy maps, flows, journey maps and other user artifacts.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to define goals and timelines.
Guide front-end implementation and best practices with engineers.
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes and visual designs.
Present concepts and research findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
Follow design guidelines and contribute to design systems and patterns.
Measure UX metrics and report impact to the organization.
Mentor junior designers and stay updated with industry trends.
