Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user experience initiatives within the Outreach & Execution product organization. You will partner with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to craft user-centered solutions for visit scheduling, clinician routing, and member communications.

You will conduct user research, develop personas and journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure designs align with business goals while championing the end-user throughout the product

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UX, interaction, or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX design from concept to launch.
• Experience in user research and usability testing (2+ years).
• Ability to translate user needs into intuitive design with clear rationale.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and collaborating with engineers.
• Experience in lean or Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for the product from research to implementation.
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research including interviews and usability testing.
• Develop personas, empathy maps, flows, and journey maps to guide design.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define goals and timelines.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Present concepts and research findings to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
