Job summary

CVS Health is a large US healthcare company seeking a Senior Content Designer to join the fully remote Innovation and Technology division. You will translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, user-friendly content and lead content strategy across multiple channels.

You will conduct UX research, collaborate with design and product teams, and mentor junior content colleagues. A strong portfolio and experience in regulated fields are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX writing, UX design, or content design.
• Experience with Agile/lean UX and Jira or Rally.
• 2+ years in web and app experiences.
• Experience with translation and transcreation.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise CMS like AEM or Contentful.
• Portfolio showing digital products or human-centered design.
• Bachelor's or master's in HCI/IA/Tech Writing/English/Journalism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear content.
• Conduct UX research to understand user behaviour and reduce friction.
• Create content systems for multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs and stakeholders to inform requirements.
• Lead other content strategists and set priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and design critiques with stakeholders.
• Own content reviews and iterations across product lifecycle.
