Job summary

Amazon Health Services is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape healthcare experiences across web and mobile. You will own end-to-end design from discovery through prototyping, collaborating with product, research, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve health outcomes.

You will mentor junior designers, contribute to design systems, and drive AI-driven UX innovations while keeping user needs at the forefront of decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience and a strong online portfolio.
• Experience creating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Knowledge of usability principles and information architecture best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with product and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex experiences from strategy to execution.
• Transform complex challenges into structured, scalable design solutions.
• Deliver innovative ideas that simplify healthcare challenges into impactful solutions.
• Create on-brand design solutions and collaborate with product/tech partners.
• Conduct usability testing and use analytics to measure UX impact.
• Develop user journeys, IA, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Present design recommendations to partners and leadership for feedback.
• Champion user-centered design and mentor junior designers.
• Contribute to design systems and UI library for consistency.
• Lead AI-driven design methods for AI-native products.
