Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of AI-powered learning experiences across K-12 virtual school platforms. You will frame problems, conduct research, prototype, and validate high-fidelity designs for hundreds of thousands of learners.

Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, and UX Research, you will translate insights into intuitive and accessible product experiences, shaping strategy and contributing to the design system while upholding WCAG 2.2

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX design or closely related discipline.
• Experience conducting usability tests and mixed-method research.
• Experience designing for AI-powered product features.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Design for accessibility and WCAG 2.2 compliance from the start.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, and UX Research.
• Contribute to shared design system and design critique sessions.
