Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead AI-powered learning experiences across K–12 platforms. You will Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, and UX Research to translate learner insights into intuitive, accessible product experiences.

This primarily remote role involves research, prototyping, and influencing product strategy, with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

7+ years of UX design experience with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
Experience conducting usability tests and mixed-method research.
Experience designing AI-powered product features such as conversational interfaces or adaptive systems.
A strong portfolio; education background welcomed but diverse backgrounds encouraged.
Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design from user flows to high-fidelity designs and handoff.
Design AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces and adaptive learning flows.
Design for diverse states, edge cases, and accessibility from the start.
