Job summary

Pearson Virtual Schools is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of AI-powered learning experiences for students, teachers, and families across our K–12 virtual school platforms. You will own end-to-end product design, partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Analytics to translate insights into intuitive, accessible experiences and to shape the shared design system.

This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel for in-person collaboration with colleagues and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience with shipped products.
• Experience with usability testing and mixed-method research.
• Experience designing AI-powered features.
• Bachelor’s degree welcomed; diverse backgrounds encouraged.
• Experience in Agile/Lean UX environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from user flows to high-fidelity designs.
• Design AI-powered experiences including conversational interfaces and adaptive learning.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG 2.2 compliance from the start.
• Collaborate with PM, Eng, Data Analytics, and UX Research.
• Contribute to design system and maintain consistency across products.
