Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead AI-powered learning experiences for K-12 students, teachers, and families. You’ll work end-to-end from framing design problems to prototyping and validating high-fidelity experiences for hundreds of thousands of learners.

This primarily remote role involves collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, and UX Research to create intuitive, accessible product experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX design experience with shipped products and measurable impact.
• Experience designing for AI-powered features and mixed-method research.
• Experience in Agile or Lean UX environments and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability tests, interviews, and contextual inquiries to validate design decisions.
• Translate findings into actionable design direction and study design.
• Deliver end-to-end product design from concept to handoff with AI-powered features.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile across breakpoints.
