Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Experience designing AI-native or agent-based products for external customers is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with product, eng, and data science teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing to delivery and post-launch refinement.
• Establish consistent interaction and visual design standards across product areas.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align cross-functional partners.
• Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions and map customer journeys.
• Evaluate and integrate generative AI tools into design workflows while maintaining high craft standards.
