Responsibilities

Build critical product experiences across SOGS, including Security, Search, Observability, and Governance services, consoles and APIs.
Drive end-to-end experience ownership from problem framing to production delivery with engineers.
Design AI-native and agentic workflows with guided investigations and governance insights.
Create cross-service operational workflows connecting signals across observability, security, governance, and search.
Elevate craft and interaction quality with reusable patterns and experience principles.
Scale shared experience patterns for both console and off-console experiences.
Accelerate design-to-build velocity using prototyping tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Partner with engineering to ensure feasibility and production readiness.
Translate complex cloud systems into intuitive workflows for faster user action.
Influence product direction using customer insights and telemetry to improve cross-service experiences.
Mentor other designers and contribute to pattern definitions across the organization.
