Ryan LLC is seeking a Senior UX Designer, Design Systems to lead and evolve our design system, ensuring scalable components and consistent patterns across our digital tax products. You will own token naming, documentation, and accessibility, collaborating closely with engineers to keep implementations aligned with design.

5–8 years in product/UX design with enterprise design systems experience.
Proven ability to build, maintain, and scale component libraries used by multiple products.
Experience with AI tools and processes that accelerate design and research.

Responsibilities

Be the go‑to authority for our design system, setting standards for components and docs.
Educate designers on system usage and drive trust across teams.
Identify gaps and prioritize improvements impacting the product suite.
Collaborate with Engineering to translate designs into code with fast feedback loops.
Engage with Product and Visual Design to align patterns with real needs.
