Job summary

Simpro is seeking a Senior UX Designer to elevate design across the product organization, shaping systems, standards, and governance. You’ll own the design system, lead user research, and partner with product and engineering on complex features, including AI-driven workflows.

You’ll mentor designers, translate insights into strategy, and take concepts from wireframes to production-ready UI, ensuring cohesive experiences for our global SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS/B2B/B2C.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking.
• Experience with AI design and prototyping tools.
• Solid HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design system and component library.
• Define UX guidelines and governance frameworks.
• Lead user research initiatives and turn findings into product direction.
• Partner with product and engineering on cross-product features.
• Prototype and validate new concepts fast in AI cycles.
• Coach and mentor designers on best practices in the AI age.
• Take concepts from wireframe through to production-ready design.
