Job summary

Simpro Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to elevate our design system and shape product UX across platforms. You will own the design system, set governance, and lead usability research to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS or similar environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and design quality.
• Experience with AI design and prototyping tools.
• Hands-on user research: recruiting, facilitation, synthesis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Simpro's design system and component library.
• Define UX guidelines, principles, and governance for scalable quality.
• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into product direction.
• Partner with product and engineering on cross-product features with user advocacy.
• Prototype and validate new concepts quickly in AI-accelerated environments.
• Coach and mentor designers on best practices and AI-era evolution.
