Job summary

ideals is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to drive a rebranded design system across a global B2B SaaS portfolio. You’ll blend hands-on UI/UX craft with AI-assisted design orchestration on a multidisciplinary marketing design team to ship conversion-focused web pages and campaigns.

You will create AI-assisted UX prototypes and UI mockups, evolve the design system, and mentor others while aligning to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Remote-friendly, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• 5+ years of commercial UI/UX experience with AI tools (Claude or comparable).
• Advanced Figma skills including prototyping, component libraries, design systems; Adobe CC.
• Experience with AI-assisted design platforms such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Cursor.
• Strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout, accessibility, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and ability to analyse UX metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-assisted UX prototypes and UI mockups, delivering production-ready web pages and marketing assets such as ads, banners, and infographics.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, component libraries, and style guides, supporting other teams with assets and documentation.
• Build and curate prompt libraries, workflows, and playbooks that guide how the team uses AI for design and research.
• Write technical specifications for developers and use AI-assisted tools to prototype interactive concepts.
• Research new design approaches and emerging AI tools, helping to set creative direction and uphold brand guidelines.
• Mentor other designers and developers, share expertise across the team, and gather user feedback to inform future iterations.
