Job summary

InterSystems seeks a Senior UX Designer to shape user experiences for data-rich, high-impact applications across healthcare, finance, and government sectors. You will design, prototype, and test intuitive interfaces, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and domain experts to bring bold ideas to life.

You will help define AI-enabled UX, emphasize clarity and user control, and advance a human-centered design language for a growing portfolio of AI-driven products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a UX designer (UXD) or generalist, including research experience.
• Experience designing enterprise software like IDEs, data pipelines, big data analytics tools, ML workflows, data catalogs and data management tools, low-code tools, or other data-hungry tools.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
• Strong storytelling, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Team oriented and self-motivated.
• Continuous learning mindset.
